Applicants will be notified by email once the allocation process has been completed.

Summer 2014-15 ballot dates and fees

The ballot is a random computer selection of the applications received. The allocation of bookings is based on where your application is situated in the randomised queue and the remaining availability that matches your preferences.

You can alter or delete your application until the ballot closes at midnight 30 June 2014.

Once the ballot has closed your application is considered final.

When you apply you will receive an email to confirm that your application has been recorded. You will receive a further notification email to advise the result of your application once the allocation process has been completed.

If you have already registered please ensure your contact details are up to date before proceeding with a new application.

To complete an application you will need a credit card valid in July 2014. 

For group (multi-site) bookings, you also need the details (name/address/contact phone) of the other members of your group. Payments for group bookings are the responsibility of the group leader.
