Summer 2013-14 ballot dates
The ballot is a random computer selection of the applications received. The allocation of bookings is based on where your application is situated in the randomised queue and the remaining availability that matches your preferences.
You can alter or delete your application until the ballot closes at 5pm 30 June 2013.
Once the ballot has closed your application is considered final.
When you apply you will receive an email to confirm that your application has been recorded. If your application is successful you will receive your booking confirmation/receipt by post. This contains information about your site including the number and location. If your booking is unsuccessful you will be notified by email.
If you have already registered please ensure your contact details are up-to-date before proceeding with a new application.

To complete an application you will need a credit card which is valid in July 2013.
For group (multi-site) bookings, you also need the details (name/address/contact phone no.) of the other members of your group. Payments for group bookings are the responsibility of the group leader.
